Hi y’all! This will be my first year at Abbott Middle School and I couldn’t be more excited to join the team! After receiving my Bachelors in Psychology, I continued my education by obtaining a Master’s in Education from the University of New Orleans. I have experience working as an Elementary Counselor, as well as an Educationally Related Mental Health Specialist. Through these different experiences my approach with students is always evolving, but my goal is constant: connection! Through human connection we develop trust, empathy, and safety that creates an environment that allows children to grow. When I’m not at work I enjoy anything that is cat related, so please show me all your pet pictures!
