5TH GRADE FAMILIES WANTING TO ENROLL AT ABBOTT
If you would like to enroll your student at Abbott for the 26-27 school year AND are not currently enrolled in a SMFC school please visit the 26-27 New Student Enrollment website for more information.
FOR CURRENT 5TH GRADE FAMILIES
Currently enrolled 5th grade families DO NOT complete the 2026-2027 New Student Registration. Your student will automatically be enrolled in their middle school of assignment. To locate your child's middle school of assignment: click here
Currently enrolled 5th grade students MUST complete the 6th Grade Verification Process in March. Families can complete verification by:
Option 1: ParentSquare - You can respond to the questionnaire in ParentSquare sent to you in March AND upload the REQUIRED current proof of district residency directly in ParentSquare.
Option 2: Paper Form - You can complete a paper version of the questionnaire AND present the current proof of district residency in-person. The school office will have a paper copy of the form available.

PARA FAMILIAS DE 5TO GRADO ACTUALMENTE INSCRITAS
Las familias con estudiantes de 5to grado actualmente inscritos NO necesitan completar la inscripción de nuevos estudiantes para el año escolar 2026-2027. Su estudiante será inscrito automáticamente en la escuela intermedia asignada. Para localizar la escuela intermedia asignada a su hijo/a, haga clic aquí.
Los estudiantes de 5to grado actualmente inscritos pasarán por el Proceso de Verificación de 6to Grado en marzo. Las familias pueden completar la verificación mediante:
Opción 1: ParentSquare - Puede responder al cuestionario en ParentSquare que le enviamos en marzo Y cargar la prueba actual de residencia del distrito REQUERIDA directamente en ParentSquare.
Opción 2: Formulario impreso - Puede completar el cuestionario impreso Y presentar en persona el comprobante de domicilio actual en la escuela. La oficina de la escuela tendrá disponible una copia impresa del formulario.
